This paper aims at complementing the information published on last May 20th in this section as “SEC/Estudio 167” ("Estudio sobre la incidencia para el comercio de los países miembros de las Normas ISPS (Código PBIP) adoptada por la OMI y CSI (ISC) adoptada por los Estados Unidos de América": Study on the Impact of the ISPS Code of the IMO, as well as of the US CSI, on the Member Countries Trade).

Based on data given in the website of the IMO, as well as in many official websites of the governing bodies for enforcement of the ISPS Code of the countries of the region, ALADI General Secretariat prepared some charts presenting data related to the implementation of this code in those countries and including a list of all ports of those countries, marking with a vignette the ones that are already certified.
