Aiming at a higher participation of the entrepreneurial sector in the integration process, the General Secretariat compiles the current preferences negotiated by each member country within the framework of the Montevideo Treaty 1980 (TM80). The information, given by product, is classified according to the tariff nomenclature of the Association and given in terms of the NALADI (PAR), NALADISA 1993, 1996 or 2002.

On the other hand, and aiming at a better understanding of the scope of the preferences negotiated among Chile and Bolivia with the member countries of the MERCOSUR (ACE N° 35 and 36, respectively), it also presents for Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay, information on the margins of preference, tax relief chronograms and other conditions granted in those agreements, individually or as a bloc.

In addition, the user is directed through links to other information, such as national tariffs, trade statistics, regulations on foreign trade, agreements signed within the framework of the TM80, regimes of origin and tariffs nomenclature, available at the Association’s website.
